Our vision is to build a residential drug rehabilitation center for substance abuse, specializing in meth addiction. We are currently working to acquire to the Lane County Forest Work Camp building to become the site for our long-term residential community based program. Our intention is to facilitate an extensive and effective program with education of a healthy lifestyle, while providing support for change and regained hope. By implementing programs that give individuals the opportunity to restore their lives, we strive to end the cycle of addiction.
Our life plan for recovery is an innovative and holistic approach addressing the whole person and their individual needs. Our recovery program incorporates alternative and evidence-based treatment approaches to help the individual stop using drugs and maintain a drug-free lifestyle. Each approach addresses certain aspects of drug addiction, its consequences to the individual, their family and society. Establishing a healthy life plan gives residents life skills, job training and the opportunity to choose a life of wellness. By implementing programs that support change and regained hope, individuals can restore their lives.
Our Therapeutic Campus will offer:
* Up to 1 year residential treatment for adult men 18 and older, specializing in meth addition.
* Holistic approach and education of a healthy lifestyle for recovery.
* Create a "Model" Permaculture Campus design utilizing Self-Sustaining programs to support and maintain our facility including:
~ Green Building, Solar, Wind & Rain Collection.
~ Organic Gardens, Bamboo Planting, Composting, Recycling, Bee Keeping, Hens, Livestock.
~ Resident job placement on and off-site with a "Pay it Forward" into the
community, contracting with state agencies, local organizations and
private industries.
~ Cultivating community support and involvement through education,
internships, volunteer programs, and job opportunities.
~ Mentors, group meetings, counseling services.
~ Transitioning skills and community resources for housing, jobs, education, and health care.
~ Community Outreach.
Program Objective:
To fill the void in our community for treatment opportunities, save lives with effective treatment for substance abuse, specializing in meth addiction, as well as tackle the single most destructive social challenge in our society.
