JUST IN TIME CREDO

We believe our first responsibility is to our residents and our communities.  We have an obligation to provide help for people while they are unable to help themselves. Our holistic recovery plan emphasizes mental and physical health and well-being as a foundation for sustainable recovery. We provide restorative and lifelong solutions for a drug-free lifestyle. We strive to end the cycle of addiction.

We are responsible to our employees, volunteers, donors and each other. We are to be held accountable for our actions, intentions and words. Our employees, volunteers and donors must be able to freely make suggestions and complaints without being judged.

We must accomplish and constantly maintain a high level of professionalism within our organization, with each other and the people we come in contact with. We believe in respect for self and respect for others. Our work environment will be safe, clean and structured for all.

Our organization must always keep an open mind to new technology, research and ways to better serve our residents. Our mistakes and wrongs must be corrected and made right no matter the cost. Our organization must create reserves, so that we may continue in adverse times. We will reach out to other organizations, to group together, and become part of a larger support network. We will continuously develop and maintain relationships with other organizations and members of our community.

We shall always have a positive approach to what we think, what we say and what we do. We will remain optimistic about the challenges in the future and look at any threat as an opportunity to be successful. We will continuously evaluate our weaknesses, goals and accomplishments.

We must maintain in good faith any property that we occupy. We will recognize and be grateful for the natural resources that we are privileged to use, limiting the impact and protecting the environment.
